Radical Honesty

Esquire has a boring stream of consciousness article that I didn't read more than a page and a half of, but that I think describes what I had always aspired for my deep and close personal relationships to be like.

Unfortunately, it's not worth the energy to share so much with so many people. It takes a lot of energy.

radical honesty

I tried it out for a week. I lost at least one friend. :) It wasn't a very close friend.

I don't think I will be doing it again.

In short, what radical honesty does it to strengthen your closest relationships, and weaken (or destroy) your distant relationships.
