The recipe I've been using to make granola. It's taken from the average of several recipes that I found online:
Dry
- 1 part by volume rolled or instant oats (I've been using 275ml)
- 1 part by volume nuts/seeds (almonds, cashews, peanuts, sunflower seeds, whatever) (I've been using 275ml)
- 1 part by volume dry fruits (raisins, shredded coconut, whatever) (I've been using 275ml)
- a bit more than 1/8 part by volume brown sugar (34ml)
Wet
- 1/9 part by volume oil (butter or vegetable oil) (30ml)
- 1/9 part by volume syrup (maple syrup or honey) (30ml)
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl
- Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients
- Bake for around 50 minutes at 140°C, stirring every 15 or so minutes. Stop when it's brown.
